I must acknowledge Sara & Penny's comment. Short and eloquent. Just wanted to add: if after a great meal someone was offering me a «digestif», giving me the choice between a good cognac and a single malt, I would not hesitate long. A single malt, please! And oh no, no ice! I want to taste it!
