Hi Cliff, if it doesn't have to be a Talsiker, which is very hard to come by as independent bottling (except maybe for a few Cadenhead ones), you might look at some of the more mature bottlings offered as independent single cask bottlings. With these, you are sure that there is only a single cask bottled, which makes every one of the 120 to maybe 300 bottles a special, one-time experience. E.g. there is a nice, dark, Dalmore out there from the Hart Brothers, which also offer many more brilliant bottlings (http://www.colloquium.co.uk/hb/home.html). There are a also a some "Limited Edition" bottlings by Blackadder International (http://www.blackadder.com) which might be of interest. Adelphi is also a good source for certain things (http://www.highlandtrail.co.uk/spirit2e.html#1). It's difficult to recommend anything specific, without knowing your preferences (besides the elusive Talisker) as there are so many outrageously good, limted, yet available bottlings out there...
