I'm not familiar with the Hart Brothers bottling. For some perspective on price and tasting notes, however, I refer to the Malt Advocate's (vol. 7, number1) opinion of the recently released Highland Park 25 y.o. It was designated "Import Whisky of the Year" for 1997 and lists for $150 U.S. It is described as a "huge, complex, luscious whisky with aromas of rich, ripe dark fruit (especially raisins), smoke, burnt wood, vanilla cream, chocolate, and subtle spices (teaberry, ginger). Wrapped inside all this are the honey, floral/heathery, notes common to Highland Park whisky." Slainte
