It is a general principle in Cooking and Drinking - in any procedure useing good ingredients produces a better end - product. Use inferior, and the poor ingredient will tend to dominate. Consider, for example, my favorite cure for cold nights, runny nose, acheing back, influenza coming on ... 3/4 glass of the very best quality orange juice - preferably fresh squeezed. Heat to just short of boiling. Pour into glass. Add 1 tablespoon of really good honey. Top up with 1/4 glass of favorite whisky. Retire to bed with book and drink. Use junk juice / honey / whisky and it's still OK, but it ain't what it should be. slanj
