I am a strong believer in mixing blended whisky in a variety of ways. Although I would never do this to a Malt, a blend with lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice (whisky sour) or even with Coke and a slice of lemon (popular in France) is great. The whiksy has a strong enough character to mix with strong ingredients - or enjoy with a splash of water !
