You have to get "Fisherman's Friend", those little black high concentrated liquorice sweets. If you can't, then some liqouric stick will do as second best. Then get a weak tasting whisky, such as Glenfiddich. Dissolve about Fisherman's Friends in a 40 ml dram. That's it.
